Termite Damage and Dry Rot

This home in El Cerrito had severe termite and dry rot damage to its exterior, requiring the replacement of approximately one-third of the sheathing and stucco. This porch in Oakland was replaced with a new reinforced concrete foundation and stairs, plus the adjacent dry rot damage was repaired. Severe dryrot under this brick front entry led to its replacement with a new reinforced concrete landing and set of stairs. The new concrete was "stamped" with rubber mats to simulate the brick pattern and look with a concrete surface that will be easier to maintain.
