Stairs and Porches

An elaborate stairway and retaining wall system was installed at this apartment building in Berkeley. Extensive termite and dryrot damage led to the redesign and reconstruction of the entire front entry of this home. The stairs were relocated from the driveway (right) side of the residence to the front.
