Settlement Repair

A drainage problem at this Oakland Hills home caused the garage and one side of the home to settle. Concrete piers and grade beams were used to support the existing foundation after drainage work was completed. Foundation repairs are often conducted in a crawlspace, with the new concrete pumped in place from the cement truck.
