| The retaining walls supporting the deck of this Oakland Hills home had previously failed. With railroad ties used as temporary supports, we removed portions of the deck and excavated for new concrete retaining walls. |

| Reinforcing steel was installed for the new walls, with piers to support the outside of the new deck. New concrete retaining walls were poured and the deck reconstructed. |

| The existing foundation retaining walls in this Oakland home were removed after the structure was supported with steel I-beams. A new concrete retaining wall and slab were poured to compete the work. |
