Older driveways often need replacement due to settlement and a lack of steel reinforcement. Jim Gardner Construction - Structural Contractor can provide you with a variety of options should you wish to replace your existing driveway.
Driveway Repair • Driveway Replacement • Stamped Concrete • Integral Color • Exposed Aggregate • Stamped or Patterned Finish • Brick patterns or borders • Color Release Powder • Custom Driveways • Driveway Retaining Walls
The least expensive option is to replace the driveway with a standard concrete finish. Our talented finishers can place the joints in the slab both to minimize cracking and in a pattern that you desire. Beyond this there are a variety of options for more elaborate finishes. We can add integral color (it is actually mixed into the concrete at the plant) if you want a specific color, or we can add a powdered release to the finish, which is less expensive and allows us to do more than one color in the finish. There are a variety of stamps that can give different brick or stone patterns to the finish. We will work with you to develop a design which you will find pleasing and a color that you like.
Jim Gardner Construction - Structural Contractor creates driveways that are meant to last. We use compacted base material under our slabs to minimize settlement and to help with drainage, use ½” steel @ 12” spacing for superior reinforcement, and pour 5” slabs so they can hold substantial weight without cracking.
